Please do not send your package via the U.S.P.S. We do not have a mail receptacle at our facility.
There is no penalty for exchanges, but please keep in mind that there is a 15% restocking fee for returns. We only accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date and only for unused product. The buyer pays the return shipping costs.
